Oceania and Regent already offer the occasional call...I counted 6 between the two lines in 2014, so while I agree that there unlikely to offer weekly cruises for the season, perhaps they might do something similar to what Holland America is doing next year...a half dozen or so Bermuda closed loop cruises from an East Coast port.
