Beach at the pier?

I heard there was a beach right at the pier area by the shops. I did not see it last time I was there. Any info on this beach would be great! Thanks!

I looked for a photo, but unable to download. It's just beyond the pool toward the pier. A few loungers and some sand, but I don't think you can access the water there. Nor would you want to.

We were at Blue Kay last week and it was gorgeous. Clear blue water, coconut palms, hammocks, loungers with or without shade,clean bathroom/changing room, good bar and restuarant, white sand on wide beach. Well worth the $3 cab ride for less than 10 mins.

Many like taking the short inexpensive ride to Majahaul (the little fishing village) where there are beautiful beaches and a fun place to spend the day at the various places there. :)

No there's no real beach at the port. There's a wall with what I would call a "fake" small area beach with some chairs and umbrellas facing the water there. Then there's the huge pool with the "fake" beach around it that is hard and packed down with the chairs on it.
