greenrose Posted December 18, 2014 #1 Share Posted December 18, 2014 What are the specifics regarding upgraded Room Service in Concierge and Aqua class. Also, if one craves the Onion Soup ande Escargot, can one easily go to the MDR instead of Blu. The "airlien roasted chicekn" doesn't really sound great. Thanks

Thanks The expanded service is basically for breakfast and isn't much different in reality than the regular cabins. You can get smoothies and a couple of specialty items. Regular meals from the MDR are available for all cabins at lunch and dinner so escargot and onion soup can easily be delivered to your room. Only AQ cabins and suites can eat in Blu, Concierge cannot and it is strictly enforced.
cle-guy Posted December 18, 2014 #3 Share Posted December 18, 2014 "airline roasted chicken" simply means it's the breast with wing attached, bone in. It keeps the chicken moister is all and why it's know as airline chicken, as it can hold up on a long flight and retain its juiciness.

What is considered a long flight for a chicken - 10 ft; 20 ft; more? :D Edited December 18, 2014 by SantaFeFan

Thanks If you're dining in Blu you will be able to get the Onion Soup or Escargot whenever you'd like. You won't see them listed on the Blu menu, but both are always available, along with 2 other appetizers, Caesar Salad and Shrimp Cocktail.

The kitchens, on M-Class are the same, with adjacent prep areas. I imagine it is a bit more of a run on S-Class, but still a very reasonable request. Happy sailing, Jenna
