An after-work visit to the Chicago 360° observatory atop the John Hancock Center provided this week's shot. I really don't like cities but they sure can be pretty from a thousand feet up.

From our family room French doors out to the brick patio, here is the uninvited visitor yesterday. This deer is up close and personal!! All of the nearby bushes and trees have really filled out in the past couple of weeks. Summer is almost here and winter is long gone! Finally!!:

Our deer come only at night when we are sleeping and eat all the flowers.

Spent the yesterday morning in a workshop with Raymond Gehman, a National Geographic Photographer. Had a great time in Gettysburg, PA.
