Docking in Tromsø, Norway

I'll join the recent chorus with docking questions! ;) Does anybody (esp. Bonnie) know where Quest will dock this August in Tromsø, Norway? It seems there are two possibilities: the convenient downtown dock (Tromsø Port) that used to be only for Hurtigruten but is being expanded, and another dock (Breivika) 4km outside town. And if we're at Breivik will there be a free shuttle into downtown?
