Signing into RCCL website

I have been having trouble with signing into the RCCL, I use the website all the time as Diamond Plus member. About a month ago I had trouble signing in, called RCCL regarding technical support. The site didn't recognize my username, password or my email address???? Their solution is to create a new profile. Apparently they have had a major crash of the website losing thousand of user names, passwords & email addresses????? I asked them why we weren't notified?? Of course, how could they?? They lost all our information!!!

I had trouble yesterday trying to book, it told me all the cruises in 2017 & 2018 were SOLD OUT:eek:

This happened to my wife a couple of years ago and that was the only solution they could come up with. She got credit for all her cruises.
