On Weigh-In day

 

That hasn't been said

Get out of bed

 

Get on the scale

Now don't yell

 

Now doesn't that sound lame

Words I say are always the same

 

Need something new to say

Alright get off your Butt today

 

Put on your shoes and walk fast

Walk more and more and make it last

 

Go to the gym and just don't flirt with him

Do all the machines and get thin

 

Don't eat that candy this week

Eat fruit if sugar you seek

 

Meat, salads and veggies are the best

Fill up with them and maybe it won't be a test

 

Drink your water everyday forget the sodas with all your might

You will just have to use the bathroom more so.. it's alright

 

Try this for a week and see if some pounds go south

It will happen if you eat right and the shut your mouth

 

One two three..Climb a tree

Four five six..Do an exercise mix

Seven eight nine..Your doing fine

Ten..We're a great bunch of one man and pretty women

 

Would sing for you this morning..

"Rise and Shine"

But all the words I remember is,,

"Rise and Shine"

(old camp song to sing in the morning)

 

OK I've talked enough...IT'S YOUR TURN!

Wasn't there some other dude here for a while, thought so anyways...

 

Down another 2 - 187 this morning. According to the math it should have been 3, but I'm not going to complain.

 

Still no cheating, no soda, and walking 5 miles plus almost every day. We've been cleaning up our offices so that is helping right now - heart rate monitor says I'm at 100-105bpm while I'm at it. (Missus wonders why I don't clean at home like this - told her I can't meet her standards - that actually worked!:p)

 

This weekend we're heading up to the cool country again with the Escape Pod (going to be in the hundreds here still, so up there it will be 50-70 - NICE!) Doing eggs and hashbrowns for breakfast's, turkey chili for dinner, homemade jalapeno hummus for snacking with veggies. If it ain't even with us, we can't eat bad ('cept for maybe a Smore).

 

Going to get some hiking in and just reeeeeeeeelax!

 

Hope everyone has a good weekend, and good things to share - my menu is getting boring again...

Yes at different times we have had a

few men here and there. You've lasted the longest.

You've be able to put up with us.

Plus your doing great with your weight loss and exercise

Have fun this weekend with your "Drop"! Good menu for

camping.

 

Diana..Yes your going in the right direction. I think

you and I have the hardest time to lose. Seems like

we lose a little or stay the same most weigh-ins..

But your close to goal and lose more then me.

I have more to lose then you so I should lose better..

would think but not happening!

 

I have gains then get them off to stay the same again and

then stay there forever.

Where are the loss's, I am trying! But I'm a stay the same again this week.

Glad not a gain.

Hi,

I´ve been back to work for the first week and what should I say? I gained 2 lbs :mad:

Got to get more steps in...

Today´s my "free" day and I´m doing some cleaning around the house, and I´ll go for a walk later on.

 

Hope I can report a better result next week.

I was away yesterday so my weigh in had to wait one day. I am down 1 pound. I had a piece of cake on my birthday. It was tiny. What is the point if you can't have cake on your birthday.

 

idid relatively well at my work conference. I had to special order all of my meals. The one diner, I had to eat my veggies saluted in oil. When you have cut back on fat, you can definitely tell the difference. They did serve creme brûlée for desert one night. I had to have half of it. It was a small one. I don't feel guilty as it was a choice.

 

I did all my workouts and I am off to workout now.

Lunch with friends

She got the old bread, I had grilled chicken and hummus.

 

Turkey chili tonight over the campfire.

 

Had 1 Smores last night, still only 1400 calories for the day though. 3 mile hike this morning, who knows this afternoon, just beautiful weather, sunny and mid 70's.

Having to go back to work after a year.

Leaving the baby. More food around at work and

cooking easier food at home after work?

You'll get it off.

 

Angele..You did good on your food choices while away.

And you did workouts! Paid off..you lost!! Hope you

Hi Belle. So sorry that I have been MIA for a few weeks. I have been weighing myself but have not had time to get on the computer and post.

 

I have stayed the same for the last few weeks. My body must like this weight because I have been trying very hard and still not losing. I'm happy it's not a gain though.

I'm not sure with my stupid scale whether I'm up or down 2/10 lbs but let's

say down as my Wii has me going down each day. I just started doing my Wii Fit again & recording on MFP.

 

shootr ~ really love the info you get from your device. I'll have to show it to my DD if she comes down for Thanksgiving & see if she can get something like that for me. I can't even change the time on my Fitbit.:o

I can't think of a whole that is more satisfying then getting through an entire weekend without going off the reservation and eating too much of the wrong stuff.

 

The pre-planning is really saving the day this time around. Nothing but veggies, lean meats, and water and black coffee. (Yes, a Smore or two as well, but just one a night!:D)

 

Cooking extra at dinner so I already have lunch for the next day, shopping more ofter, but less each trip - so I can enjoy unwilted lettuce, new spices and recipes, it's just working for me finally.

What kind of fox is that please? Up here we have red foxes but that one looks 2 colours. Ours have really bushy tails with some white on them.

 

Almost time for Dancing with the Stars, anybody watching it this season?
