Ship leaves at 4, what's fun/quick to do after lunch?

DW and I are doing a dive in the morning, heading back to ship to get kiddos and back on the island. What beachy/fun thing could we realistically do after lunch and still make it back on board on time? Dive starts at 8:30, says it's 2hrs, I figure that gets us back on the ship about 11:30, back on the island about noon which realistically only gives us about 3 hrs if we get on a tender back to the ship at 3. Advice/suggestions?

There is a Margaritaville across the street from the dock where the tenders come in. They have a pool with a water slide. You and your wife can enjoy lunch and a few drinks, while the kids play in the pool.

Paradise Grill is a restaurant right on the water that has some pretty cool beginner snorkeling right there. They also fee the Tarpon which would be awesome for the kiddos to watch. It's about a block or two from the tender docks so easy, time-wise. Margaritaville pool would be fun for them as well.

While the beach isn't that far, traffic gets really, really slow in the afternoon....so slow that you probably won't have much time ON the beach, before you'd need to head back....

There is shopping within easy walking distance of the tender dock, if you need souveniers!

I would either walk around the local town or go to the nearby beach.
