Holy cow! Cardio and not drinking alcohol must work! It's the time of the year when the midwest has all the yummy milkshakes out, even a pumpkin one I had 2 days ago lol, and I have been going off on them the last week. I thought for sure I would be up or at the best even. I'm down a full pound! Crazy!

 

And don't worry birthday people, I'd say you did way better than most and better than I would have done on my birthday week! :)

Down .4 and I'll take it! I have showed a loss 4 weeks in a row and for me, that is success. This 60 year old metabolism doesn't fire like it used to! lol

I think I'm up, but don't know for sure ... we leave in the morning for our cruise ... I plan on going to the gym, but also having a good time.

Hahahaha, ditto! Although now that I am getting back in the swing of things I'm hoping this is different on my next one!

Just starting to transition to a better way of eating this week. Looking for a good plan, been eating healthier as I just found out recently I'm diabetic but havent been losing any weight, if anything gaining weight from muscle because of my job and working out. So trying to get over that hump which sucks.
