Shuttle from Miami airport to Ft Lauderdale hotel

I am flying into MIA the night before cruise in Nov. And I need transportation to Ft Lauderdale hotel in evening, any suggestions?

If you go to the ground transportation area, there are shuttles that operate between Fort Lauderdale & Miami airports - off hand, I can't think of their specific names but seem to be AAA, Super Shuttle, Blue Shuttle - it used to be $15 either one - probably a little more now.

Private taxi cost approximately $75 plus tip.

In January it cost me $63 +tip for a taxi from MIA to the Springhill suites hotel which is not far from the airport in Lauderdale. The drive was during rush hour, and we did not use the express lane. The quote to use Supershuttle from MIA was $79+

Why not stay in miami, get free shuttle to hotel, in morning take shuttle back to MIA, then get princess shuttle for $24 per person?

The above link quotes $70 for two people for MIA to Springhill Suites if booked in advance, $100 if not.
