cruise critic gift?

My sister in law sailed a couple weeks ago and she said cruise critic sent her a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to her room. Has anyone else ever received anything from cruise critic?

We've never received anything from Cruise Critic.

Likely travel agent. How would cruise critic know?

I have never received a gift from Cruise Critic. Was it possible that it was a C & A gift?

This is her first cruise with Royal, second cruise ever.

The TA she used is the one I set her up with. He has never sent a gift so I don't think TA.

On my last Freedom cruise a D+ member canceled the day or two before teh cruise. We got an upgrade to his room. They delivered Champagne and Strawberries to our room for him. Maybe that is what happened. Yes, we enjoyed them both.

They were in the room that they were originally booked in, so I don't think so.

I was originally going on this cruise with them but we cancelled. The two sisters didn't even know what cruise critic was. I set them up to go to the M&M when I thought I was going.

I have seen people win a bottle of champagne at the M&M so I asked if that was what she meant. She said oh no, the items just arrived at her room one day and that it was from cruise critic. She said she thought it was very classy. I thought it was made up.

She insisted it was from cruise critic and just to her. She is one who wants people to believe she is very special...uh okay.

We have never received a gift from cruise critic.

I think we all know the answer already, but why don't you e-mail a moderator and ask her/him yourself? Lots of guesses here and no real answer. E-mail. :)
