Question about booking thru valuetrips.com for Hyatt North

I don't see where there were any comments about this recently. I just discovered it. Has anyone done this recently? How was your Valuetrips experience? How is this hotel? Seems like a good deal for February.

Lots of people use valuetrips with no trouble. The Hyatt North is in a good location for a one night stay with restaurants and stores very nearby. Close to the port too.

We have booked this hotel twice thru Valuetrips. All was good. The rooms are fine and the people really nice. There is also a pool, but not to big. When I book on a site other then hotel itself, I do call the hotel itself after to confirm my reservation. The hotel is fine. Right behind it is a shopping area, total wine is near, as well as a grocery store and numerous places to eat. We used the shuttle from the airport to the hotel but took a taxi to port. I dont like waiting around. ;)

Any adverse updates?

I tried using Valu Trip for the first time on Jan 10th and requested the Hyatt. I just got an email today 11 days later, saying the were not able to book it.

I have used Value Trips four times and never had a problem. They do advertise black out dates on their site so look at those before trying to book. The hotel is very nice.
