Good Job HAL!

I have been so impressed with several aspects of HAL communication over the past few months. I love their Chat and have used it several times. I sent an email to Guest Services the other day and had a response to my question within 2 hours. I've waited for days to ever hear back from Carnival when I've sent an email. Great job!

There was a time HAL took forever to respond. Things must have changed or are getting better.

I am still waiting for a helpful answer to a message sent 13 days ago.

Not knowing which department that received your message, I have always found that communications with Ship Services were most satisfactory.
