Belle Posted March 16, 2017 #1 Share Posted March 16, 2017 Time to get on the scale before you walk a mile Bet you do it everyday with a smile:) Do I believe everyone does this everyday No but it would be nice if we all could say I know some do their exercises every week Them some of us make excuses and are weak Some eat right everyday and don't cheat Others of us do pretty good but have a sweet All we can do our best to lose and not gain At least staying the same is better then a  This is something we have to do to keep healthy To bad it doesn't make us wealthy Just think where would we be if not trying at all How much weight would we have gained by fall This is a lifestyle change we're making can't stop Want to lose, get healthy and get Tip Top(y) Happy St. Patrick's Day To All Enjoy the Special food (some) and have a ball Celebrate but don't stay to last call Only remember one thing.......... YOU HAVE TO WEIGH IN ON THURSDAY MARCH 23rd!
retiring soon Posted March 16, 2017 #2 Share Posted March 16, 2017 HI all! Belle ~ nice ditty! I'm looking for a recipe for Irish stew to make on St Patrick's Day as I tried corned beef & cabbage last year & didn't like it. I'm happy to say I stayed the same even though I did eat 1 bag of potato chips over a few nights this week . Hope the others stayed the same or lost. ~ Jo ~ :)
Aratski Posted March 16, 2017 #3 Share Posted March 16, 2017 Hi all, I was down 1 lb. Haven't been really trying, I'm good for 1/2 the day it seems like. DH and I decided to book another cruise for June. Quick one 4 night on Carnival Victory. Seemed like a decent price...and I twisted his arm for a balcony upgrade, premium vista aft balcony - It is our 25th anniversary when we will be cruisin. He's response in regards to future cruises was, don't get used to it!! Haha, he knows me well. Gonna like the large balcony and extra window and space in the room. I told him I plan on using the balcony all the time. Can't wait!! Hope you all had a good week!!
