Now looking at booking oceanview category. But can't remember what ship Aria was. Need do some research on the rooms.

i think the prices are too high ATM, nearly $170 per day for an inside twin

havent checked out p&o site but that price is from an OZ online site

I through a deposit down on 18 night ocean view category. It works out about $273 per night (solo)

I got $400 obc from the Ta and $400 for what they call VIP booking OBC.

Not a bad Itinerary but the prices will need to drop for me to be seriously interested. Enjoy the cruise Sarah.:D

Well deposit only $25 non refundable. So not like losing much if changes mind or refare it. Though the $800 OBC is good.

I think the pricing on par with Princess offerings. Its a different ship to try. I don't think the plans are going to change from how they are at the moment.

P&O are kidding themselves with these prices, I am not a great fan of P&O but if the price is right we would probably book one of the new ships .

Waiting for quotes to come back for this cruise Sarah, maybe get the chance to meet this time missed out on the the Arcadia :) the cruise may be a little top heavy pricing wise but it's going where we want to go soooooooooooooo happy to pay with all the extra's included plus no flights... :)

p&o has got some vacancies on the 16 night Mutiny on the Bounty cruise 6th october on the Pacific Pearl starting from $2000 for an inside twin or the OZ online site has prices for $1899

Thats my thinking as well. Its not too much different from the Princess 20 day cruise that went up to PNG and South Pacific islands leaving this month. I think solo that was over $5k for inside cabin. :eek:

Low deposits like that are pretty appealing in that way.

I think the prices are comparable to the market at the moment. I'm sure some will come down over time, but some of the distinct trips may increase as well.

It is interesting to see which itineraries do drop.

These one per season type itineraries rarely drop, just seem to keep increasing, if they do drop it is for last minute sailings and with a very limited choice of cabins.

a basic inside twin i worked out the price as $150 per day pp so an oceanview is going to cost a lot more

Since only 1 out of 3 agencies has emailed me back..must be busy.....I thought I'd take a look at the P&O website pricing for the 18 nighter and surprise, surprise....:) ..... so ..... I rang, that's another story :eek: :rolleyes: and booked us direct, managed to secure an outside for the price of an inside...OBC plus the VIP bonus... and my deposit is my whatever P&O call their brand of FCC .... not a bad mornings work........ ;) got to ask though ..... when did P & O bookings go offshore......... been a long time since I rang them.......:eek:

Im doing normal deposit my oz agent confirm it this morning 200 deposit for final payment in june 16. I checked po cruise site lots of cabins sold out and nothing cheaper than what I got my oceanview cabin for. Its gone up 200.

Seems like this cruise selling well.

I know, that is why I divided by two for twin share.
