Do we get a survey after sailing??

I just sailed on Pride last week and was wondering if we get a survey to fill out when we get back. I haven't received anything yet.

How can we make suggestions and offer compliments after sailing if we don't get one?

Been on several cruises since they started emailing surveys and am yet to receive one.

My DH received a survey after our cruise on the Breeze a year ago. I wish I had received it because he did not mention not one thing I had an issue with...lol. All in all after 5 sailings this was the only one we received.

I received the survey my last two cruises.

Got off the Pride Aug. 3 and got the survey on Aug. 5th. I wrote down the names of all the people on the ship that I wanted to recognize so I would remember when the survey came.

Same here, a few times we also received a 2nd follow up survey.

I too, seem to get the survey, along with the follow up survey after every cruise. (Although, it sometimes takes quite a long time between the cruise, and the survey.) :confused: As a matter of fact, I just finished filling out one of the follow up thingys. ;)

I got the emailed regular one after both of the last cruises. Unfortunately it was so general that the things I really wanted to comment on, like the American Table menu, I couldn't. It's not set up for specific comments.

Although I expected a survey on American Table either last night of cruise or right after, we never got one.

We received the survey via email. Filled out and sent back in same day :)

I received mine from that sailing (8/3 Pride) last night at 10pm....

I've never gotten one, but would always give it a big thumbs up. Never had a single complaint on any of my trips!
