Copenhagen to Prague

I am considering a Baltics cruise that departs from Copenhagen. Before the cruise departs, I would like to spend some time in Prague. Here are my questions:

1. What is the best method of transport between Copenhagen and Prague?

2. If it is by train, where can I get more information on the train schedules, fares, etc.?

3. If it is by plane, what airlines should I research for fares?

If you decide to take the train, you might plan on spending some time in Berlin also.

The trains usually are pretty good. I'm afraid I don't know too much about travelling between them, both cities are amazing though.

It is the normal question of train versus flying. Flying will be cheaper (then the train) and only take about 1 1/2 hours. Add the extra time dealing with airports and flying is probably closer to a 4 hour activity....but the train will take you over 12 hours! But many do tend to romanticize train travel....whereas there is nothing romantic about flying these days. However, we do like SAS and that airline has non-stop flights between the two cities.
