Canaveral closed due to fog?

7:30 and everyone is stacked up outside the port ..... fog is my only guess. Seems to be lifting now that the sun has come up.

gonna be some unhappy campers this morning .......

so, about those "how early of a flight can I make in Orlando from PC ....." discussions ....

pretty much a given this will delay boarding as well. If at a Canaveral hotel for cruise leaving today I'd go back to bed for a couple of hours .... the terminal area is gonna be a MESS

Yes, we had major fog early but it is now a beautiful morning!

Aggravating for the cruisers for sure but a pleasant surprise for the breakfast crowd at Grills and Rusty's this morning:

Yep, that was me on the Magic!! Didn't get off until 9:30. All I can say is thank God for faster to the fun, we were first to go and in the front of everyone, halled ass down the gangway with our luggage, got right through customs and jumped right into our shuttle, our driver rushed us through before traffic built up and did 75 the whole way to airport made with 20 min to spare before our 11:55am flight. Don't know how we did it and missed all that traffic but we did. 😆Was home in buffalo ny by 3pm. I hear some people sat in traffic for more than 2hrs. :(

i was on the Magic, we didnt get off until almost 12. What a mess. The traffic getting into the port was INSANE, backed up down the 528 for at least 5 miles.

Our friend picked us up and was thankfully early or he would have had to sit in all that mess too.
