Prompt from Guest Relations

Recommended Posts

I wanted to let folks know that after emailing guest relations late Friday with a question I received a prompt response first thing Monday morning. It contained the information I needed. It was followed up by a phone call later in the day from guest relations. After complaining in a post I wanted to correct any wrong impressions I may have left.

I am of a generation more used to picking up the phone rather than turning to the computer. That coupled with jet lag and forgetting about a 3 hour time difference between me and Miami left me complaining. The email approach with a direct link provided by the TA worked just fine.

Wes, you are correct, Joe is very helpful and responsive. Thanks for your guidance.

I just realized there is a mistake in the title line and I seem unable to correct it. It should read prompt response from guest relations.

No more posting for me until I am back to reality after our wonderful Mariner cruise.
