Problem booking Fulton parking

I'm trying to book the Fulton Street parking through the new orleans parking dot com website. Both browsers Firefox and Explorer give me the message that the connection is not secure and won't allow me to book. I checked their security GoDaddy which shows their security certificate is good until April of 2019. The only other site I know of to book Fulton through is only accepting roof-top requests but I prefer covered. Has anyone else had this problem?

The website's certificate expired. Just select continue to the website to finish the booking. If you are real concerned just email them - service@neworleansparking.com.
