Lobster

We read that Roatan has great lobster and shellfish? Anybody know a place near the Coxen Hole port for lobster? One poster mentioned an all you can eat place, but they didn't give the name, plus it was a few years old, but we would love that!!

I have researched lobster restaurants and do not find any with all you can eat!

If docking in Coxen Hole and you want a place close to the cruise port with lobster (spiny lobster, not Maine lobster) and whole fish, try Two Dove Bar, to your right outside the cruise port along the harbor front.

I have not heard about all you can eat but Beacher's on West Bay Beach is said to have the best food on the sand.

One need be mindful of lobster season, it is illegal to sell it out of season.

I agree on Beachers in West Bay but not walking distance from Coxen Hole:(

Lobster season in Roatan, BTW, is between July 1 and Feb 28th.

Hole in the Wall in Jonesville offers all you can eat lobster and steak on Wed and Sundays. You have to take a water taxi to get there.

Is that still open? I thought there was a fire or the owner died or something a couple of years back and the place closed.
