Afternoon at beach?

We're in curaçao on Wednesday feb 1, from 1-10 pm

We'd love to do a beach. What is close to port? It's my husband and I and 8 yr old daughter. We'd like pretty beach that you can swim in, not too rough... beach bar and bathrooms are ideal!

Also what's there to do in evening? We are considering taking her to kids club and having dinner or drinks somewhere in evening in port....

What time do stores close?

We plan to go to Holiday Beach Resort.

Sea Aquarium or Mambo Beach is the closest to port. It's not the most scenic stretch of sand but has everything you mentioned.

That's not much time for the beach by the time you actually get off the ship and get to a beach and it gets dark early in February.

Not impossible as long as you'll be OK with maybe 3 hours of beach time.
