Favourite PG Dishes

I can't remember most of the meals we had when we sailed only to say that they were all very good, but a couple of things that stick in my mind was the pasta carbonara that Grant made up at lunch one day and the panna cotta. When I ate the panna cotta, it was so good so I went to get another but to my dismay they were all out. About 5 minutes later, two waiters came by with two more each in their hands for me. :o I shared them with DH.

I think its on Polynesian night and if I am not mistaken you can have it everywhere that day. The lobsters are the small spiny ones but very tasty. Ask for 2 at least.

Michael is a great waiter if he is around try and sit in his section. Say hi from me.

One memorable meal for us was the Chateaubriand!! OMG. Delish!! Wine flowed, large table,new friends met, and service was over the top!! Not sure if it will be served under the new management, and yes, I know we can get it at home, but ohhhhh, you had to taste it!!! ;)
