You did not say they are similar in your first post. You said they are equivalent which is different. They are definitely not equivalent as the good dr @Ocean Boy said. You aren’t seriously going to argue with a dr about medications are you?

This is the one I use. It’s rechargeable with a USB cord. I have never been questioned about it and I’ve been on 14 cruises since I bought it in Nov 2022.
