What a mess, I hope you can salvage something from this and that your TA pushes Cunard hard to make it up to you. Queen Victoria has lots of lovely outdoor space and as others have posted, there's still a chance that a balcony might become available at the last minute. Please let us know the outcome.

I'm sorry to hear this has happened but it's not a regular occurrence. Please don't share any details which could identify your Travel Agent. I hope you can reach a resolution.

We have disembarked in Barcelona but we were staying in the city so we left our luggage at the terminal to be taken to our hotel. We then caught the shuttle bus to catch a city bus to Sagrada Familia.

The deck plans will show you, unless someone with better eyes can see differently it looks like the Sheltered Balcony Cabins have a Single sofa bed.

Can't ask for a better recommendation than that !
