When I sailed out of San Pedro in July, it was a mess finding the suite / elite lounge. Someone gave us each a card that said suite on it. Different people told us to go different directions. Finally someone said to go sit over there (platinum). I looked around and saw the elite. I went in there. When someone came around checking cards they said it must say elite. I showed them mine and they said that's fine and continued on.
I have a cruise booked out of Galveston next year and wondering how it's going to be there. I'll be sailing in a suite again.
I did the same thing today. I have the military OBC for our December 2024 cruise and I sent the info for my husband's shareholder OBC.
Originally, I tried to do it with my stock but I got an email telling me it isn't combinable. They said if the other passenger has stock, they can add it for them. That's when I sent the information for him and it was done immediately.
So, they did it 16 months out.
I was able to select my group today and it's 60 days until the cruise.
My question is if sailing in a suite do you even need to select a group? On the app it says, Your Arrival Group A with a QR code. Under that it says Proceed to Green lane.
It doesn't show that I'm in a suite.
