I made the request to Guest Services who I believe passed it on to the Internet Manager.

We recently sailed a 14 day TA ( Fort Lauderdale to Copenhagen) followed by an 11 day Western Europe (Copenhagen to Southampton) on the Enchanted Princess. Prior to the TA, we were told internet would be poor and we were each given $140 refundable OBC ($10/day). On the Western Europe, internet was a little better, but still poor. We had to request OBC, but were provided $109 refundable OBC each. We have an upcoming 14 day Iceland/Norway R/T out of Southampton next month. Our invoice on the Personalizer already shows an OBC adjustment of $160. Since we have the Plus package, I assume that is a credit for the Best Wi-Fi at sea we won't have.

We did on our recent Transatlantic cruise on the Enchanted Princess out of Fort Lauderdale. At first, our steward said he didn't think he could provide one, but he would check. That afternoon, there it was. Apparently, they keep a few in storage.

Shouldn't be a problem on round trips out of Southampton. We did a round trip out of Southampton on the Regal last October. Kettles were provided in the cabins. We did a Transatlantic from Southampton on the Regal last November and a Transatlantic from Fort Lauderdale to Southampton this April. Kettles were provided on request grudgingly.

These days, it seems one can't do anything without being asked to submit a review. Take a cruise - don't forget to review. Stay in a hotel - don't forget to review. Order meds from CVS - don't forget to review. Get something delivered from UPS or Amazon - don't forget to review. Take an Uber - don't forget to review. Really funny on here, because just about all the posts are essentially reviews - medallion app, DMW, enforcement of rules, wearing masks, etc.

We recently completed a 25 day cruise on the Enchanted Princess. We had DMW at 5:30 every night in Amalfi Dining Room. I think it was the second night, our server told us if we liked him to just just ask the hostess to make a note of his name and our table number and we would be seated there every night. It worked. In fact, after a few nights the hostess would just wave us through after noting our room number.

My advice would be for someone who is immunocompromised not to travel on a cruise ship. Even with all the precautions there continue to be people who test positive during the cruise and have to be quarantined.

Recently completed 25 days on Enchanted Princess. Left autotip in place. Added tip to room steward, dining room server and assistant, specific servers who served us often (Platinum/Elite, Crooners), nothing for delivery.

I think my ex TA from PA is the one everyone is taking about. I use a PVP now and I’m very happy with her

Sailing Enchanted Princess April 2022 - just informed "As you may be aware, as a ship moves across the Atlantic its antennas routinely shift connection between satellites covering specific regions of the globe, which can result in low to no connectivity. Internet service will still be available during your journey, but because there may be times when you may be unable to connect during your cruise we will refund the cost of pre-purchased MedallionNet Wi-Fi packages as onboard credit." My previous experience actually was extremely slow or no internet the entire time between Fort Lauderdale and Azores. Passengers on Sky Princess reported very poor internet for most of their cruise. People take Princess at its word that MedallionNet will be "like working from home" and then get informed just before their cruise that it won't be. Shame on Princess Cruises.
