I experienced this also (in 2018), no beer in the middle of the night (around 2 o'clock) and no other bar was open.

Yes it works the same as US reservations (I am Canadian too and got some deposit refund without any problem).

Last month I added P+ to a reservation and they removed my 2sdp that was booked many months ago (price for P+ was lowered by the amount I already paid for the 2sdp).

Thank you so much to all of you. Of course shower is a must before and after ! I didn't realize that some are in the locker room and some in the coed. So Sauna, Steam, Cold Plunge first. Then Hot Tub, pool and stone lounger is a good program. All of them with bathing suit for me 😅

I just purchase the thermal spa pass for my upcoming cruise on the Jewel. It is quite new for me. They offer : Thalasso Therapy Pool cold plunge hot tub steam room sauna's dry heat heated mosaic lounge chairs. I would like to know what is the best order to use it : steam first ? cold plunge then hot tub, etc... ??? Any advice will be welcome !

Well, finally I also added free at sea plus to my other B2B Alaska cruise considering it includes also unlimited wifi and 2 dining, I will drink whatever champagne is on board and enjoy my retirement vacation. Cheers 🍾

SO disappointing ! I just upgraded to free at sea plus for the Veuve. ☹️ My cruise is in september, Hopefully, they will add another White champagne (not Rosé) by this time.
