I have searched the boards to get my answer and I would love some help from the experts.
My wife and I have cruised Celebrity for the past few years and are looking at other lines. I found a Caribbean Cruise on the Silver Moon for March. 2025. It’s an 11 day cruise. How many formal nights are there? What options would we have if we decide we don’t want to dress up one night?
Do you mean a dedicated butler or a butler team? When we were on Apex in Nov 22, we had a dedicated butler but on Edge in Aug 23, we had a butler team.
Did they switch back to a dedicated butler model?
They stay in the buffet.
Just kidding. They are either in the medical center or on a crew deck, usually under the supervision of the ships security team until the Coast Guard arrives.
Going back through your pictures (after reading the whole review). Have they removed the lobster roll from the first day lunch menu at Luminae? That was my favorite.
I did a private tour to the Baths about 10 years ago and had a great time. On our honeymoon on Apex in 2022, we had to take the Celebrity tour and I cannot agree more. It was challenging with all 150 other guests.
The wedding went off without issue, but the consultant was bad. I’m out of town but I will look and see if I have another way to contact them when I get home.
We will be sailing the Med in August on the Edge.
I noticed that Portofino and Cannes are Tender ports. We are in a suite but there was a caveat that priority tendering for suites is NOT in all ports. Does anyone know if there is priority tendering for those ports?
I have searched for the answer but no luck.
We will be sailing on the Apex in 3 weeks. Is the Magic Carpet a stand alone restaurant at night or is it an extension of Raw of 5?
I read a review of dining on CC that listed it as a stand along restaurant but everything else points to it being a part of Raw on 5.
Thanks
