Unfortunately we had to cancel due to an illness of one of our traveling partners. They were very responsive about refunding our deposit.

I was also wondering the same. We are going on a private tour in Olden with just the four of us in our party. It was pretty costly. Does that include tip for the guide who is traveling with us or should we bring Krone with us? I'm not sure if a private tour is different. And if we did tip how much would be appropriate?

Thank you everyone it looks great! For some unknown reason Celebrity canceled the excursion to de Palm Island.

Has anyone ever been to de Palm Island? My daughter would like to spend the day at the beach in Aruba and this has snorkeling, beach (with hopefully chairs to sit on) and food included.

I canceled a shore excursion a month ago now and am still waiting on the credit to my credit card and OBC. I used both to cover the excursion. I've been refunded neither.

So I canceled an excursion that was paid with OBC and Credit Card. They said they'd refund both and how much. That was a month ago. I still haven't seen the OBC refund (which I thought would be instant) or the refund to the credit card. What is the best number to call for this? Has anyone ever had luck emailing them?

Can you request a separate table in advance before you board?

My daughter and I are also interested in how Disney Dream handles gluten free (both of us have celiac as well).

So I didn't think of this until you mentioned connections and firestick - is it possible if one brought along a firestick to watch MLB while cruising? What am I missing? Is this something you can only do if you have a suite? Do you need premium wifi? Perhaps stream it with a hdmi cable from a laptop?

Forgot to mention we are returning on a day when no cruise ships are departing or arriving at the port.

We are driving up from Maryland on a Sunday morning in August with a 1:00 boarding time for the Summit. We are flying back to Newark a few weeks later in the evening. Will there be any issue catching an uber from the airport to retrieve our car at the port? Is it open 24/7? Do you pay when you get there or when you leave?

So we are going on a cruise out of Cape Liberty to Iceland then flying back a week later. Is the parking open 24/7 because we will be taking an uber/taxi from Newark airport back to the cruise terminal to pick up our car? Or perhaps parking at the airport might be easier and taking an uber to cruise terminal to board.
