Let it have a non-smoking casino!

HAL has 6 ships where smoking/vaping is only allowed outside, top deck, rear. Not in the casino. https://hollandamerica.cruiselines.com/smoking_policies.cfm We are trying HAL.

If I purchase Club Orange on my credit card, and later cancel my cruise, well before final payment date, is the Club Orange charge 100% refundable?

The entire Celebrity fleet is smoke free, all indoor spaces.

Hi, Experienced cruisers, new to HAL. Given the tiny tables on the balcony for regular verandah cabins (non-suites), how do two people manage a full breakfast on the balcony? TIA

What do the boarding time and group mean if you have priority check-in (Club Orange)?

@mahdnc I do not know the reason it doesn't work. I have used it a lot. I used it this morning before I posted just to check it. Sorry for any problems that caused.

@chita Here is your workaround again... Start the booking process. When you get to the "CHOOSE YOUR ROOM" screen, look in the upper right corner. You will see "lookup stateroom" click on this. This will bring a popup that says "Enter your room number below" Enter the room number you want in this space and press enter. If the room is available, it will select it for you, and you may continue with the booking. Good cruising!

Is it available on all ships (Nieuw Amsterdam)?

Can anyone attend, or are there restrictions?

New to HAL and Half Moon Cay. Wondering if things on the ship are still open, ie: Lido Market, Dive In, and the bars as well? We are not beach people and will spend most of the day on the ship. TIA

Went into my cruise planner, there were no options for discounts for CC status. Also forced both of us to upgrade. Maybe only working in UK?

The pool attendants are supposed to give you 30 minutes. This is meant to stop people grabbing chairs before breakfast and keeping them while they go on a tour. .
