An inadvertent way to get us to yet another tipping thread. Nicely done.

Maximize alcohol/salt/sugar intake, eat frequently at the trough, limit water intake/exercise, ride elevator vs taking stairs and remainder of body will make ankles appear relatively smaller.

You can show up whenever you'd like; however, if you'd like to partake in a meal, show up on time. Pretty simple.

19 cruises since the restart…never a problem here.

It's not extinct yet. Cruise Compass is delivered by the stateroom attendant daily, and also available at guest services. After retiring 8 years ago, my phone stays home when I'm on vacation, as I'm just not that important of a person. If all continues to go well, I never will be either. Go have a great time, and formulate your own opinion of the experience. For all the negative reviews you'll see here/elsewhere, most likely at least that many unwritten positive reviews. Bottom line: they sail full...come to your own conclusion. You'll know if this line/experience is for you or not. If it's not enough, the option to move from a family line to a luxury line is available. If it's more than you need, the option to move down is also available. We're realists, not cheerleaders. That being said, you'll read negative reviews from people on here that don't even cruise...once you sort them out, it's actually comical.

Two days of following thread have concluded: 1) Some interesting discussion, and 2) In our case, there is absolutely no good reason to give an example of receiving a free drink while on a cruise.
