  1. Thank you for clarifying. That makes sense. So, you just cancel at least 24 hours before your SD reservation. It says, otherwise, there will be a $10 charge? Would also apply if you’re a no show. No, don’t remember seeing that either.
  2. That’s a new charge then, the cancellation $10 fee. Have not booked since their new unlimited SD will be in effect. They must have programmed the new fee now. This will keep their duplicate bookings down, and no shows. If it were 50%, it would really get some attention. 😆 Will be interesting to see how this is implemented. Will it be auto programmed, upon a +24 hour cancellation? Or, if someone wants to change/edit their reservation, after 24 hours? We will see.
  3. Yes! Print out that card and pin number. I also screenshot them.
  4. Just hang in there. The CVP should know how it is working now. Let us know.
  5. Most posts I’ve seen said 6-8 weeks. If you have a TA/CVP teach out, as others said they got it a few days later after their agent got involved. I waited and heard nothing when we were quarantined. So, contacted, AON, we had PCL PVP ins and they said, just make a claim. Trip interruption. What? So we did and got it about 6-8 weeks later. But, they sent us a check instead of FCC. Even better. Did you have AON? PCL ins?
  6. And reputable bar/establishment would follow those rules. Never saw it written. Are you going to try it out? 🤪 Just kidding!
  7. That’s a good idea. I always use Safari on my iphone. NP purchasing.
  8. Are you referring to the security code? You may not be signed out. Sign out and log back in.
  9. Usually, if it’s the CC, you’ll get a CC error. Or, use another payment. Sounds like you may have a corrupt rewards account number with AARP. Or, email address has been compromised. Hope they figure it out. Did you try to change your password for your AARP account? If you can’t, something is wrong with your account for sure.
  10. Thanks for updating us. This is baffling. Has to be on your end, if others are not having any problems. Do you have a family member or friend that could try it? You just pay them back. What a PiTA. Hope you get them soon.
  11. I bet they already blocked some of the reservation capacity. Especially, Crown Grill, The Catch and Teppanyaki.
  12. Oh, do let us know what you receive. Interesting!😳
  13. You’re making me jealous! Wish I was going very soon! 🥴
  14. Agree, for those on the Premier packages. If you’re not on a Premier package, I’d book those SD ones right away.

  16. Not true. Because it was PCL error, they have been giving OBC $10 PP, for the last year. Just have to mention it.
  17. Hope they program it correctly to not charge for SD if you have Premier. Not even programmed correctly from the last App update, for some of the guests. We’ll see….😳
  18. Better book your SD as soon as you can. May be very difficult to get SD reservations.
  19. I don’t think calling will help, unless you get someone in Ocean Ready. Phone prompts until you get them, OR. They seemed to be trained on the App, but MDR… not so much. Do you have anything booked in the MDR? I had MDR TD and wanted to change it, had to cancel it all and book it again. It worked. If you have nothing booked on the App…Did you try to book MDR on the website version of the App? I probably would still check every day, to see if it opens. If all fails, go to the MDR, that you prefer, first night, ask for their help securing reservations for your whole cruise. Have others on your roll call been able to book MDR’s? You might ask if anyone does see one open, to post on the roll call.
  20. The issues that some have had with Medallions not being shipped, or orders that disappeared, etc, happened AFTER their updates on the App in late June or early July. In addition to other App issues.
