  1. That is the temperature which is in the shade. In the sun it could be 10° higher. It is 26°C and sunny here with 29°C forecast today but in the 30s tomorrow.
  2. Thank you. Pauline quite fancies circumnavigating Australia and her cousin in Adelaide Australia keeps asking us to come over and stay. I would like to visit the South Pacific and Polynesia. Your enthusiasm for Japan is encouraging and something we will need to look at. Graham.
  3. Thank you Lenda for your always kind words. It is worrying that people do not have to isolate in the UK with Covid. It is a big worry health-wise plus when we still need to test to get on a ship and need to get a negative result to sail. Sarah has new medication so we will see if it helps. Graham.
  4. I always like to see photos. We have never been to Japan so it is interesting to see photos from there. You are so right about Covid and I'm sure you will agree with me that it is fantastic news that our Sarah has tested negative today. Unlike a lot of people who don't legally have to isolate in the UK Sarah did the right thing and stayed at home until she was negative. This is her second covid infection in around 4 months plus she has to deal with epileptic seizures as well. Take care. Graham.
  5. @kazu. I always find your meme's very funny plus your flowers and your garden are beautiful so I had to post my appreciation for your nice photos. Sending you Paulines x and my love and good wishes. Take care. Graham x
  6. Good afternoon. It is 77°F and partly sunny in our back garden now. I'm delighted to say our Sarah has tested negative. She has been poorly and isolated at home while she was positive. She has gone out to celebrate. Graham.
  7. It is 25°C and mainly cloudy in our back garden. Our Sarah has finally tested negative after several days isolating at home poorly with Covid so she has gone out to celebrate.
  8. In 1992 I had an unsightly Varicose vein which was painful. My doctor at the time tried to put me off an op and prescribed me Compression stockings with suspenders to hold them up. REALLY. I said No Thanks 😊 I had an op a few months later and that sorted the problem. The vein stretched from the top of my leg to my ankle and it was stripped out. Fortunately it was the one and only varicose vein I have had to date. I heard that these veins could be deep and not show so I pray this is not your problem Sandi. Take care. Graham.
  9. I'm really pleased that you look forward to Father David's sermon every week and this makes me happy I posted it. Father David WhatsApp us the sermon at 7am. Our church service starts at 10.15am. It was a lovely service today and Father David is always happy and cheers everyone up. Graham.
  10. I'm pleased to hear your pain eased overnight Sandi. It is good Buddy's funeral was well attended and prayers 🙏 for the future for Amy and her family. I'm delighted to say Sarah has tested negative so she has gone out to celebrate. Graham.
  11. I'm really pleased you found Pat's bag. Your air tag certainly helped you if his bag was under a lot of other baggage. I hope you both have an amazing cruise Ann. Graham.
  12. Good afternoon. It is 70°F and raining. We had a nice church service this morning. Thank you for today's daily and fleet reports Rich. I think most of us use emojis 😉 when texting. I like ice cream especially Pistachio flavour. Excellent quote today. Chicken is always nice. I hope everyone is well Take care and stay safe. Graham.

  14. Good morning. It is 17°C and light rain here this morning. I hope everyone is well and please take care in the heatwave which is forecast next week for down South.
  15. It is forecast for mid 80sF up here in County Durham. I don't mind the sun but it is the humidity especially indoors which I don't like. I hope everything goes well Sue with the fitting of your new floors on Monday and Tuesday and your son's moving house goes to plan. Take care. Graham.
  16. My doctor said never break a blister as it allows an infection to get in. It is 60°F and light rain at 08.23am in North East England. I hope everyone is having a great weekend. Take care. Graham.
  17. That is a sickener. Let's hope he is caught and made to pay for the damage.
