    I bid in the US as the extra cost was only $10pp oer day. This was only from interior to oceanview. Still waiting for our new room assignment.

    I did some investigating and found online (not in the app) that our cabin number has not been assigned yet. The one I had picked is still in the app. Maybe my upgrade bid is going through.

    Why should anyone be allowed to stay on the ship late as it needs to be cleared for the next passengers? Diamond or not. This is part of the reason why embarkation is such a mess.

    Dispute this with your CC company. If you used a debit card there may not be much you can do.
