  1. On Seashore in April we watched the video in our cabin, dialed 881 on the phone and at 3:30pm we went to our muster station to get our cards scanned.
  2. when we cruised the dining rooms opened for first seating and My Time diners had to wait until the first seating people were done eating. If my recollection is correct they used to have a dedicated restaurant for my time diners. Of course I could be remembering wrong but we used to go eat around 5:45pm to 6pm when we had MTD before covid anyway.
  3. It was on 2 nights. They changes were minimal by maybe 30 minutes. I've never heard of that happening before either. I liked MTD when it was first introduced. Next Royal cruise I'll just book early dining.🙂
  4. this was for our cruise on Oasis last year sailing 10/22/23. We booked on 6/23/23. I went in to book the dining the day they opened which was 8/6/23. I did not question them on the change of times. We went with another couple and they said not to worry about it. So we just went with it.
  5. good luck I think you'll be fine. They did say if we weren't off the ship by 9:45am we would have to do the walk with the b2b group to get processed and lead back on.
  6. tyvm last October on Oasis we couldn't get anything before 7:45. As a matter of fact we did have some earlier but Royal changed them to 8pm with one being 8:15pm. What's the point of picking your times if Royal is going to arbitrarily change the time.
  7. what's the earliest time you can reserve for MTD?
  8. if nobody else checks in at the pier for your cabin I'm pretty sure they won't be charging for a second person.
  9. That's hard to avoid with MSC's website.
  10. maybe they'll be encouraged to offer better bribes.
  11. we told somebody in the terminal that we were B2B and showed them the pass and they escorted us around the controlled chaos.
  12. used those getting off the ship. Circumvented the mad house.
  13. Now that Royal Caribbean has announced that they will status match across all brands do you think Carnival Corp wil follow suit?
  14. I'd like to see MSC do true 14 day cruises in the Caribbean instead of stopping back at Port Canaveral after 7 days. I guess that works for them.🙂
  15. we did this last month on Seashore in Port Canaveral. We went to Cocoa beach though and not Nasa. When we got back there was nobody in the boarding area and a nice woman took us through an office that lead to the other side so we didn't have to walk all the way around. It was basically like coming back from a port day. Oh yeah I forgot about the back to back passes.
  16. I did this once when booking. I declined to get the easy plus/wifi package when I booked and when I went to buy the drinks package later it was like $300pp more than if I would have purchased when book.
  17. always had my gratuities added in one lump sum on CCL.
  18. On Seashore I believe it was $29.99 for 24 hours for 1 device/ browse only if my memory is working correctly
  19. yes that's the place. Grandmas chocolate cake, YUM!
  20. i believe it is located right next the area where the kids buffet items are.
  21. I couldn't do that today as I booked this morning and will be leaving in 3 weeks. I did get the 5% discount when I entered my voyager # as Essie stated.
  22. I find it amusing that you can post a question about an inside cabin and along will come somebody who responds. "if you can book the Yacht club, do it." Now if I am posting about an inside cabin I am pretty certain I can't afford the Yacht club. lol
  23. they are usually less than a foot apart. You might be able to get a table by yourself but there aren't a lot of them.
