For us off a NYE cruise (in Australia) it appeared less than 72 hours on my VIFP.

Lumi is going to Sydney. Two other ships will also be there so Lumi has to tender in.

I read on FB that they're getting 50% FCC plus $300pp OBC.

I was able to use some OBC to pre-book a Noumea Shore Excursion for our NYE Luminosa cruise. I then went back in to my booking and checked and it had removed the exact $ amount from the OBC that was left.

Yep sorry, I meant Arrival Time. I am Platinum and this will open 16 days before the cruise and I'll not be near a computer.

We were the very last ships tour back in Noumea once (Amedee Island) and they brought the gangway up as soon as we got back onboard.

So I can do this on my phone, then print later?

What's the minimum information needed to select your boarding time when check-in opens (16 and 14 days before)? I won't be near a computer when check in opens, but will be super keen just to select my boarding time. Can I fill in everything else, print my boarding pass and luggage tag (say a week later), once I get back to my computer, without losing my boarding time selection ? Thanks.

Bummer. Yeah this will be my fourth and final covid cancelled Carnival cruise with heaps of funny money. This one I'll have $1,100 obc, it's been fun.

Have you cruised on Carnival before? This ship doesn't have all the Fun things Carnival are known for. Also no self service laundry.

Yep anything that says it fits an Apple Airtags are the go, they fit the medallions perfectly. I bought some on both ebay and Amazon.

I've been on the Luminosa twice and both times the beds were hard. I didn't ask for a topper though. Deck 4 category 4K interior looking at the lifeboats.

Yes still mandatory. Lots of FB comments of people being either denied boarding or moved to another area with a phone to purchase correct insurance. I went with QANTAS insurance and mine was checked and ok-ed.

I just take clothes that don't need ironing and after 28 cruises I've never ironed. And I do dress up on Elegant / Formal Nights.

Did you happen to go to the Sunset Bar AT Sunset time? Hoping the bar opening hours have improved since the inaugural cruise. I went for sunset cocktails but they were closing before sunset, go figure.

Leave the Tux behind. I like dressing up but not a lot of other very dressy up people on Carnival. You'll have two Elegant Nights.
