  1. There is no special correspondence just for pinnacles. If you receive the Royal Caribbean newsletter it will list your status and will remind you that you have access to the diamond lounge as one of your benefits. (Of course you’ve had that benefit since you’ve been diamond.) There is no special customer service telephone number for pinnacle. You call the same number you have in the past and get the same agents. Welcome to pinnacle. m
  2. I have 2 travel magnifying mirrors. I have no idea what the magnifications are, except that one is stronger than the other. If you are that knowledgeable regarding magnification specs, it is probably best to bring your own. enjoy your cruise. M

  4. OP - you don't need to do anything. Several of my non Covid cancelled cruises are showing on the past cruise section. The reservation number is there and ( of course) no points. I have 4 cancelled cruise reservations showing up from last March 2022 through January 2023 M
  5. Not sure you will find a wilder than usual evening. Lots of green, yes. I recall we cruised on a St Pat's day and I don't recall any unusual partying. M
  6. Yes, you are wrong. You do accrue points for casino comped cruises. M
  7. There is no code, just a log in and create an account once on board. Meet them on board and log in then for them. They can create the username and PW. M
  8. They will not redirect your bags as they will not know if your royal up is accepted. Put the tag on and if by chance you get the Royal Up, simply go to the hallway of the original cabin and look for the luggage. M
  9. It is my understanding that if you book double and change to single, you do NOT get double points. But, if you book single occupancy, and keep that, then you will get double points. M

  11. Not sure what type of laundry you are asking about. I've used true laundry services ( pay per piece) and have been pleased. The cloths are beautifully pressed. The items I've sent out did not shrink. I've also been pleased with dry cleaning services. Items cam be returned the same day or the next day The wash and fold bag is another story. That is washed in hot water and dried on high then folded. There is a list of type of clothing and I wouldn't send anything that is delicate or needs any type of special care. We've had decent success, but others have had issues. There is no way to specify cold water. Takes a day, maybe two for the clothing to be returned. M
  12. It is a nice treat to have them delivered to the cabin. Unless you're diabetic and eschewing all sweets. I have had to ask room steward to remove them so I wouldn't be tempted. So easy just to throw them away of you don't want them. That's what the cabin attendant will do. I don't like the cookies and just toss them in the trash can as soon as I enter the cabin. Wish there was a way to cancel the cookie delivery. M
  13. Sort of a joke. A far as we all know - there is NO relationship between the C&A status and a guarantee assignment. M
  14. Coco Cay has NO suite area. EVERYONE has access to rent the over the water cabanas or purchase a pass for the coco beach club. No suite needed to enjoy this area. I've enjoyed a lovely day and lunch at the Beach Club, luckily with no seagulls. M
  15. Yes-even with the new rules/menu, one can specify no gravy/sauce or on the side with no problem. Same with most salads. Some salads are pre mixed. m
  16. They offered once when we told them we were going to the MDR the next night. (I guess they liked our EXTRA nightly gratuities). They got the entree but obviously hours before our 7 PM dinner time, as it was dry like cardboard when they served it to us. We politely left (told them we were meeting friends) and went to the MDR for a delicious dinner. NEVER asked again. ( never really asked in the first place - they offered). The dining rooms are not near each other, so I imagine getting something from the MDR is difficult. M
  17. Did you look in the gifts section on the Royal Caribbean website? They used to carry off the bottles. Check the size, they are not a full bottle of liquor. m
  18. All on board benefits will be the same. If you are traveling from a non-suite into a suite cabin, you will not receive double points m
  19. Couple of weeks ago on Jewel they served some nice shrimp, as well as some shrimp salad. Most of the other items were on the regular buffet. On a ship like vision, you won’t have a problem getting a nice lounger/umbrella on any beach, at any time. m
  20. When I have used a voucher for club soda, they give me the entire can.
