  1. Indeed, I believe they learned their lesson on that front. And, I not have finished my coffee before making my last comment. I meant to say that I could've answered at least 6 (of the 😎 questions. 🤣
  2. I don't recall having one move on me before boarding, but it's happened a number of times while on board. Shoot, it's even happened after I've confirmed. One day it's "yes, we have you down for 10:30," and then the next day it's "we have you down for 10:45." I don't quite understand that, and I always keep a printout of what I've scheduled since they don't show up anywhere else once on board. Usually, the shift is both minor in time and significance. However, some have created conflicts where I've just had to reschedule (or even cancel) altogether. That sort of thing gets me asking for some manner of recompense.
  3. Yep. 24 hours. I'll also advise that you confirm your appointments once on board (you may have to wait until the first evening for their "system" to get all worked out). I've had appointments magically shift times from what I booked offline, and that shift was without any notice.
  4. I'm not sure that's something you can resolve before boarding, anyhow, unless you have access to a shoreside concierge.
  5. We'll disagree on that, as I much prefer smaller loungue acts over large shows. When it comes to the loungue acts, Celebrity is at least a head and shoulders above RC in quality, quantity, and variety.
  6. It hasn't been an issue for me in the past. I could've answered at least 8 of those questions without reading the materials or looking at the provided answers. 🤣
  7. What @jelayne said is essentially correct about the order potentially being out of whack. However, you can pretty much count on what's listed as the first night being correct. The others can shift around for one reason or another (typically to match up with formal nights). The other nights can vary on cruises shorter than 7 nights, as well, but that's not an issue on your cruise. As for nights 8-11, just hang in there and see what happens. We have a 10-night cruise coming up later, and the Luminae menu has similar issues. Day 8 has everything in place, but Day 9 only has breakfast listed, and Day 10 shows "venue closed." I expect that'll get worked out in time.
  8. They've been in place for a while, especially for the dolphin encounter excursions. The trainer explained that the regular stuff was rather unhealthy for the dolphines and especially rough on their eyes. We also were a little surprised when we first did one, but we bit the bullet for the biodegradeable stuff, and it was totally worth it. I have no idea whether biodegradeable sunscreen is available on board, but I don't know that I'd risk it (especially right now with all the supply issues). Get some, and be glad. As mentioned, there's no issue with swimsuits and SPF clothing. They simply are saying that it is allowed rather than required.
  9. Just so you know, there usually is very good music in the lounges if you ever find you aren't interested in a main theatre show.
  10. @jsblbruce Thank you for your account at Murano. It's always good to understand what the crew are dealing with.
  11. Yes, many. We looked at it when they were running the PUP promotion because we were sailing out of FLL earlier this year. In the end, it just made more sense to use loyalty points than it did to pay $200-300 just to pick up some CC points.
  12. Yeah, just give it a look from time to time. Things will start popping up, but it may take a while. By the same token, don't be overly surprised if something you book is cancelled. That's also happening at the moment--just part of the world we live in right now. Roll with it, and have a lovely cruise!
  13. One of the benefits of certain suites is that you might not need to do that. Why, it might just be sitting there on the counter at your fingertips. Have a good day.
  14. Be a little aware of when you first hear from the Shoreside Concierge. While they are very, very helpful in many ways, they don't always have information straight from the ship when it comes to things like liquor selection. I'll paste the list we received from Reflection back in January, but that may not be good at the moment, and no one knows what the situation will be (better or worse) later this year. I will say that I was able to get Highland Park 12 in our suite (and Cranston, the magnificent bartender in Michael's, was able to get a bottle in there). There were other gin selections, too, but I am more than happy with Hendrick's in the room. Again, who knows what the future holds? 15. As a rule, I stick to 4 cocktails. Before lunch. (Usually)
  16. I completely agree with your conclusion that the package is worth it for you (and many others, including me). However, there's a flaw in your reasoning. When it comes to figuring the cost of the non-alcoholic items, the max daily cost you should add would be that of the non-alcoholic package that best applies, plus any NA drinks that aren't covered by that NA package (if any). In your case, it would be the premium NA package, so the bolded items should be a total of $24/day (plus gratuities) rather than $64/day. Considering that the Premium Package is $84/day, it's still a mighty fine deal. Drop one of the $15 drinks, and it's a wash.
  17. Honestly, it's going to depend on the Concierge. There's no issue, whatsoever, with taking that glass of wine out for dinner. That's pretty much SOP these days. However, ordering a double Scotch, skedaddling immediately, and then returning a few minutes later to order a glass of wine could look and smell bad. Then again, I recently was on a sailing where the Concierge all but insisted that I leave the SL with a drink even though I was only stopping by for a moment (and already had a drink waiting on me elsewhere). If I were you, I would try to have a discreet word with the Concierge before the fact and see if it's alright. Since you are in an OS, you should hear from the Concierge sometime during the week before your boarding day (usually about 5 days out). You might even ask then. Being in an OS does buy you a little more leeway.
  18. I believe what they are getting at is that a TA is not elible to receive shareholder OBC if they (that TA) were the actual passenger. It does not apply to the TA's clients. So, if you were to go cruising with your TA, you could get the shareholder OBC, but your TA could not.
  19. It's not anywhere nearly that easy to get a passport for a child under 16. As mentioned, there are all sorts of other requirements that create orders of magnitude more difficultly. Shoot, if nothing else, it's nearly impossible to get that appointment (and the line is around the block if you don't have one). I recall going through all that for our kids when we were heading for Europe (and again for the renewal while they still were under 16), and it was moving Heaven and Earth. There's no way in the world I'd do it for a cruise where a birth certificate was good enough.
  20. You may very well have received an email with your FCC information on it. Still something of a pain, but it's there.
  21. There is an Elite coffee/breakfast in Tuscan every morning. I don't know what time it opens.
  22. Take a look at the order history on the Cruise Planner. It'll be there (although it may take a few days if you just booked). You also can call up and get your full invoice and see it there. Yes, it's a pain in the neck.
