We are going without on our next cruise (just me & hubby). I know I struggled more than I expected to on our 7 day in March. Found I’d lost my taste for the sweet fruity frozen drinks. Bar in WJ never seemed to have the Baileys I usually add to my morning coffee so I didn’t have that. We’ll be Diamond after that & I’m guessing 4ish per day will be enough. Maybe I’ll bring wine for dinner & a 12 pack of our diet ginger ale.

I just booked 2 days early too. My family has first hand experience missing a cruise recently due to flight issues even booked for the day before. I just booked a Thursday arrival for a Saturday cruise. Not only a little more wiggle room for flight issues but a $130 pp difference in price which more than covers the cost of another night at Springhill Suites near FLL. Planning to contact SAS for shuttles to & from POM. Cruising the end of October.

Figure out the per day price of the package including gratuities Divide that number by $15 (cost of an alcoholic beverage with tip). Drink that many every day. Beat the package by adding non alcoholic options such as smoothies, specialty coffees, bottled water, soda. Voila you did it! And please change your font.

Sorry but I have no moral issue with listing my allergy related cough for free testing and not listing it on the health questionnaire as I confirmed over & over that it is not covid related. I’ll go to confession after the cruise. Unless there’s a priest on the cruise in which case I can go sooner!

Can’t reserve shows til you board right now. If you have chosen (or had your TA chose) MTD for your cruise, you can go to the bottom of the dining options in your Cruise Planner & reserve times there. Understand you must have actively chosen MTD. It is not the default option.

Me too! I went through the scheduling process all the way to having an appt today & it never mentioned a cost. I did say I had a cough which is absolutely true.

Do they still ask if you have been in close contact? Are testing because of high transmission and inability to properly social distance? Those two were key in March for free tests. Do they still ask that?
