    I have a friend that is currently on the Venezia. He texted me and told me the gangway in New York is broken and they cannot get off the ship. Apparently, the coast guard has been called. I'm trying to get more information.

    I just got off the Venezia on Thursday 7/13. I didn't experience any altercations, but the ship seemed very full. Our waiter told us there was over 4500 passengers and said the next cruise was supposed to exceed 5,000. I'm curious how many were on your sailing.

    I just got off the Venezia on Thursday. I had cabin 8337. The bed was by the balcony.

    I completely understand. I was the bonehead that didn't send it in on time, so if my request gets denied, I have no one to blame but myself. I suppose I could try to blame my wife... 😁

    In all of the hustle and bustle of preparing for my vacation, I forgot to send in my shareholder request for an onboard credit. Has anyone sent the request in the day before sailing and got the on board credit? Let me know. Thanks!

    Hey buddy, thanks for taking the time to post another great review. An extra special thanks for the nostalgic pics. I have 2 boys too. There's no way that was easy for you and Patti, but it was a treat for those of us that enjoy the yesteryear of cruising, and we appreciate it. Can't wait for the rest of the review!

    The Pride is a great ship. Also, she just entered dry dock in Spain, so she'll receive some cosmetic attention and other updrades.

    Yes, Ny and TX do not allow the Cheers package on day 1. Naturally, you're also not charged for Cheers on embarkation day.
