  1. It can and usually does take at least a couple weeks for the obc to show up. I have found that it's best to list both/all cruise numbers on one request. If you have wisely used a TA, please don't call Azamara yourself, have your TA make the call.
  2. Yes, the same. This is from the US website: Complimentary Nights may only be redeemed on voyages of seven nights or more and must be redeemed at the full fare rate and cannot be combined with other promotions, except the Onboard Booking Program, Back to Back Offer, and the Azamara Circle Refer & Receive Future Cruise Credit.
  3. We found the balcony useable as the solid balcony wall blocks the wind, as Ann stated above. I loved the deck 7 location and would stay in a CO again.
  4. What tgg said! Give it some time. I emailed celebrity a while back and it took nearly two months to get a response. All of the cruise lines still have issues
  5. We were able to order off the specialty menus in August
  6. Are you overnighting in Amsterdam the night before you leave? If so, you can leave much earlier. If not, if you’re flying in business or first you should be able to fly earlier. I personally wouldn’t advise too early if you’re flying coach.
  7. We found the club ocean suite very comfortable. If you decide to have guests for cocktails, your butler will set up your living room and provide whatever food you would like to serve. We’ve had chilled prawns, cheese plates and lovely sandwiches. You can also have meals served in your suite, ordering off the restaurant menus rather than just the room service menu. We requested a pot of coffee at a certain time every morning, so that it would be waiting for us when we got up. Enjoy your cruise!
  8. You shouldn't have a problem as it's already been purchased. You'll want to make your reservation as soon as you board the ship. If you wait, you may not be able to get the chef's table that you want.
  9. I’m thankful the US doesn’t have the unfair issues you have in the UK. I’ve no doubt there are some agents here that are unscrupulous, but goodness you all seem to have a lot of them.
  10. I realize that. Sorry, just trying to be helpful.
  11. I think you missed the boat. Azamara and celebrity no longer acknowledge the others status, if that was the only reason you were going to give Azamara a try. You still should though!!
  12. Perhaps they’re working on changing port hours or tours. Give it a few days and then contact your travel agent
  13. It is true that your travel agent will need to cancel the booking, however it should be able to be done in a way that you will not risk losing your current cabin. Your TA can email the future cruise desk onboard the ship to coordinate it.
  14. Celebrity is still doing it. Meant cruise lines are now offering a cheaper, non refundable cruise only fare. Azamara is not one of them.
  15. Did you book with a travel agent? They can contact their Azamara rep and that should get you some kind of response.
  16. No they do not. If you need to cancel your cruise, Azamara will retain 150.00 per stateroom and will refund the rest, in the US at least. There is not a discounted non refundable rate like other lines have begun to offer.
  17. We’ve used a company called Jayride that is basically like a broker, and have found very reasonably priced private transfers throughout Europe. If you decide not to use obc, may be worth checking them out. We’ve also used Joe Banana Limos for private transportation in Italy and have always been very happy with their service.
  18. Why would you want to end a wonderful trip with the stress of catching busses and trains? I guess for us, saving a few dollars isn’t worth the stress.
  19. The ones we’ve taken have been fair in size, from 12 to maybe 25 guests. We did go on one post Covid when cruising had just started up again that was larger, however we were put on two buses to provide distance in the seating.
  20. We normally book CC’s, but have had some V1 balconies, an ocean view, and club ocean in the past. We were told we could book any type of cabin that we wanted.
  21. We used our six nights on a seven night cruise; an owners suite for less than the cost of an inside, so yes it does work. As others have said you need to do your homework. Another good reason to work with a travel agent.
  22. I agree, it's best to book a cabin you're going to be happy with. Why take chances if location and view are important to you?
  23. I believe dinner served from the main dining room in all suite categories. I think you can get specialty dining menus in the big suites
  24. Every cruise line has long hold times. Gowilk is correct. I looked at a couple of other cruise websites and neither specifically mentioned steamers.
