I have made MDR dining reservations on upcoming Royal Princess cruise. How soon would I have to cancel any individual reservation?

I am posting here because there is little or no activity on Mexican Riviera Board. With the ships tour it list different starting and ending times, so is this not a true hop on hop off bus that I can use all day and spend as much time as I want at each stop. Counfused?

Royal Princess does a 10 day out of San Francisco. It sure what other lines might do one too.

We have been eating buffet more on last cruises, sometimes nothing sounds good in MDR or after being in port all day getting back late or just too tired to change for dinner.

I don’t think food in specialty restaurants any better. Why pay more for very mediocre food. -
Has anyone booked with Mazatlan Van Tours ? We were looking at The Mazatlan Highlights, Shopping, Beaches and Lunch Tour. Would like to know your experience.

I know not to expect anything special in food quality. We usually sail Celebrity and their quality has gone way down. Only upside I don’t eat so much and look forward to eating in the different ports.
