The mini fridge has only been removed for Sky Suites and Aqua Sky Suites. All upper suites will have your butler restock the drinks in your mini fridge.

Yes we were in a signature suite last week. Is upper suite so bad dedicated butler, all specialty restaurants included, all laundry including dry cleaning. Also has priority boarding and priority disembarkation which meant we we escorted personally on and off the ship. Had a couple of minor issues but was very pleased with our experience.

Ours was $1340 USD pp for a 7 night cruise from a sky suite. Totally worth it for us.

As long as suites are fully booked I would not anticipate any changes for the better. Ships are sailing full. Why change a damn thing? If I was Celebrity why would you?

Yes, correct the Edge Retreat Area only has a few small fridges stocked with water and soft drinks. All Alcoholic beverages are brought from the back where the afternoon snacks are served in the retreat lounge on the edge. The Apex and Beyond have a full bar set up in the retreat area. We are boarding the Edge tomorrow for a week and will post how everything works out.

Yes, I believe you were also in the corridor on deck #14, our butler Ryan was fantastic and our Stateroom attendant Peri. We only had the cold water lobster in Murano and it was fantastic. We really only spent a bit of time with Cranston in Michael’s Club as we love relaxing our large balcony. We went to the Porch for lunch time and were underwhelmed with the food, particularly the seafood tower compare to 2 years ago.

We just disembarked the reflection yesterday in an upper suite and had the mini bar included. We met a couple that was in the celebrity suite and also had the mini bar included. The sky & aqua suite guest did not have the mini bar included since they no longer had a dedicated butler. When visiting Michael’s Club we did see numerous Sky Suite guests filling up there bags from this wonderful cooler.

Yes correct that was our experience as well. Our mini fridge was always stocked with beer and iced tea. I did confirm that this will no longer happen for sky suite guests as there is no longer a dedicated butler to stock the fridge.

Yes John and Mudit, saw them on our way off the ship this morning. Both very busy and hard working, they certainly have there hands full. I you experience a problem with your sky suite while aboard the reflection reach out to the Retreat Manager Bartosz extension 5430 he was very receptive to us and hope you have the same experience.

We were in an edge villa and absolutely loved it, boarding the edge on a villa in a couple of days for the 2nd time. The only minor complaint I would have is it can be louder with an echo as there are very hard surfaces with no carpet on the bottom level. Also no drapes for curtains but sleek automated blinds. This was really only a problem when our teenage daughter was making noise while on the bottom level and we were trying to sleep!

We are disembarking shortly, we have had excellent service from our butler and the entire staff for the past 10 days. The only change that we noticed is not being able to have dining from a specialty restaurant to your cabin via your butler which we have always been able to in the past when sailing in an upper suite.

We actually had the Lobster last night on the Reflection. The description in the menu says warm water lobster but our server when serving us explained it was actually cold water lobster.

Correct, upper level suites are not affected. We are in an upper suite on the reflection and there are now 3 butlers servicing 27 suites. Sky Suites are now being taken care of from 2 retreat butlers that are stationed in Michael’s Club. We are doing another upper level suite on August 26th on the Edge and will let you know if there are any additional changes.
