As previously stated , deposits may or may not be refundable depending on the Rate Code you are booked at. If you wait until you get onboard to book the next Cunard sailing , you can take advantage of reduced deposits and OBC offered for a Future Cruise.

First time back to Celebrity after many years cruising other cruise lines and reaching Diamond or similar level on most. RCI Diamond with the 4 drinks daily, free photos, free day of internet are the most valued to us. A bit disappointed in the Celebrity Elite benefits . especially the HH which runs into dinning times and not offered on Embarkation night. We are encouraged on how Celebrity has controlled indoor smoking .

For US Bookings , just changing the grade (category) @ the rate code originally booked , can be done without having to cancel the original reservation. If you are changing to take advantage of a better rate code (promotion) then you must cancel and rebook. Original deposits can be moved to new booking . All this before Final Payment of course.

Cunard is unique in making you cancel then rebook as a new booking. Most cruise lines just change your reservation info to take advantage of a better deal.

The 2 hr time slot is a thing of the past as cruising recovered from Covid. Don't know why Cunard has not corrected the website info yet? Just go to the Spa as soon as you board and select the number of Day Pass's you wish. Prices seem to change sailing to sailing but the more days you select , the better the daily cost. A good use for those with lots of OBC.

Now I just need to get my flights to Vancouver booked. I'm confused at how to look at flight options for Cunard Air. When I go into My Cunard with my booking #, I don't see a place where I can put in departure dates and see flights. Is this something that Cunard doesn't offer? Any guidance would be appreciated. You booked with a travel agency. TA's can access Cunard Choice Air to add to your booking using their POLAR booking system.

Am I missing something here? Our TA will not book airfares for us. She will look into hotel bookings and transfers, and is a one-person operation. This may be why your TA is not offering more. A single person agency receives less comm % than the large cruise agencies. Large agencies block space @ group rates with amenities that may include OBC from the cruise line. Cunard permits TA's to discount their best rates and your TA chooses not to do that? TA's can book Cunard Choice Air for your cruise as part of the booking on their POLAR booking site.
