  1. Finally found it on the website: "Can I purchase transfers onboard? You are able to book transfers onboard and our Hosts will be delighted to assist. May I pre-purchase transfers for my disembarkation? Pre- and post journey transfers are available to book. Please advise your preferred Travel Advisor or our Explora Journeys Ambassador at time of booking.
  2. I meant it as a generic question applicable to all itineraries. The one I am on would be Southampton to Heathrow, so definitely not taxi.
  3. Some (including me but I’m doing it anyway), don’t like the heads bobbing by on the promenade deck when they have the drapes open. Also, on the Symphony, there is no laundry room on 7.
  4. No. My friends and I loved it. It was our second favorite place to eat after UU.
  5. Anyone know how to book the airport transfer? Perhaps it can only be done on board? (I don't need an airport to port transfer as I'm coming in early - just to clarify that I don't know how to do it.)
  6. It doesn’t matter, as either way you can put more in.
  7. I waited till I got home so I could use the computer. Logged out and back in - all green now! Thanks!
  8. On the second half of the back-to-back, keeps saying red, documentation incomplete, but each individual category is green. I saved them all again. Still the same red/green mismatch.
  9. I have a back-to-back booked. Doesn't appear to recognize such. Gives me a choice of flying out or staying in the vicinity of the port. Correction: date is right, port is wrong. I did see "IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE AN AIRPORT TRANSFER, CONTACT OUR RESERVATION OFFICE EMAIL: TRANSFERS@CRYSTALCRUISES.COM"

  11. Good thing I have a Crystal Cruise booked. Otherwise I might have subcumbed to temptation when I saw what restaurant is in the hotel lobby here in Budapest.
  12. They’ve said so including dance classes and Ambassador Hosts.
  13. Airport to port transfers will be provided to those purchasing cruise air and be separately available for purchase for those doing their own air.
  14. Yes, Keith. Please continue to post. Besides wanting to know for myself, I share with many who are not (gasp) Cruise Critic followers.
  15. Dan’s great. I’ve been on with him a few times over the years.
  16. I wonder what the charge will be for the Sushi Connoisseur menu: toro, uni etc.
  17. On iPhone using Safari, select the two lines in the upper LEFT corner, scroll down, just above the Request a Quote, is the newly added Account.
  18. New category: Featured Musician. What’s this?
  19. Earlier announcement said accounts would be available for booking restaurants etc 60 days before sailing.
  20. My certificate was also less than I expected. Exceptional Initiative obtained the information from the Assignee as to the approved amount per claim and sent it to me. Last Friday I responded with additional documentation showing where/how the Assignee had erred. I’m waiting to hear back.

  22. Progress report. Crystal Exceptional Initiative sent me the Assignee's claim chart. Very helpful. The Assignee made two errors, in one case confusing a credit card chargeback for an Alaska cruise with a claim on a Miami cruise. I've sent additional information. Fingers crossed this will take care of it.
