Yes, we have experienced this on a Caribbean cruise. Once on the Edge and one time on Silhouette. Both times the "embarkation day lunch" was moved to a sea day. We were informed by one of the concierge that this will be the way they will do it in the future on most ships. I do not remember what her reasoning was.

Sounds great! TTN is very convenient. Embassy Suites is a nice choice for Tampa....but avoid the one in Fort Lauderdale if you ever cruise from there. Clearwater is beautiful. Tampa Chuihily museum, Aquarium are good.Riverwalk is a great place. Enjoy the Serenade. I love it!

The App is acting up....I made show reservations for specific dates. In the App it shows that I am booked for every show every day. 😁 The website shows correct dates but not the App.

Immediately (booking made a week before cruise. Quantum). Immediately (within a week or so of booking and sailing on Odyssey) Pretty fast after booking (mostly on the Anthem) Eternity....for Serenade and Jewel. Quite fast for Grandeur balcony. -
