  1. As I originally stated, it was not a big problem. For those of you who like once a day great. Not so great for those of us that like the original twice a day. As someone else noted…it was a 50% reduction in service and approximately 10% increase in gratuities when implemented.
  2. Not sure when Spring Break starts, hopefully you are going early March. Rooms can be expensive during this period and it can get roudy. We are cruising early April and usually stay at Marriott Harbor Beach, but due to cost and crowds have booked in Aventura south of the airport. Still only a $20-$25 Lyft to the pier.
  3. There is NO Way my wife is going to make a bed on vacation! That’s one of the bennies about being on vacation.
  4. We were on the Quantum in June for an Alaska cruise. RCCL had gone to once a day cabin service. We asked for morning service and our steward did a nice job. At the time I thought no big deal. We are currently on a 12 day Regal Princess cruise. Princess still has twice a day service and they claim there are no plans to change. I have to admit it was nice to come back from breakfast and the room was clean. Also after coming back from dinner there was a turn down service. Nice that there were no wet towels on the floor all night. Again not a big deal, but a nice touch that makes cruising a little special.
  5. No, not internet junkies. Price for 1 device is $127.99. So for 2 devices is $255.98, one for me, one for her. The multi 4 device plan is $183.99. That is quite a savings. Won’t be using the devices at the same time, but won’t need to log on/off if I want to change devices.

  7. This is what I thought. So it sounds like I can log in her devices as long as I use my Navigator account?
  8. Yes I understand how the single plan works. What I don't understand is their statement "...all must be using the same Navigator credentials ". I want to log in 2 devices and my wife will log in 2 devices. Want to make sure I can log into all 4.
  9. I am planning to pre purchase the Internet package for my cruise in February. They have 2 packages: Premium Internet Plan - 7 Days $127.99 Multi Device Premium Internet - 7 Day $183.99 My question is can I have 4 different devices, i.e., 2 IPhones and 2 IPads logged in at the same time? Was going to purchase 2 separate plans for $127.99 each, but the Multi Device Plan looks like a better deal.
  10. Arriving Galveston on Sunday, November 5, on the Regal Princess repositioning cruise. Does anyone know the terminal that Princess will be using? Haven’t decided on reserving an Uber or using Galveston Express to Hobby? Any suggestions?
  11. Royal Caribbean went to once a day service early this year. No it wasn’t a big deal, but it was a cut in service. Princess, Celebrity, and Holland America still provide twice a day service. It’s one of the little things that makes these lines a notch above the others. If it makes someone feel better about only having once a day service, fine, maybe if a person asks for service every other day (like some hotels), they would have even more of a break.
  12. I’m glad Holland America still offers twice a day cabin service. Many of the other lines are cutting back on services and raising daily gratuities.
  13. We are staying at the Hyatt Regency. All prices are extremely high.
  14. My TA sent me a hard copy showing that I paid for my wife's internet. It was never charged to my card. I questioned the Princess Chat person about paying and never did get an answer. I think someone in accounting saw it was never charged and took it off. I had no problem with mine and have tried all ways to buy my wife's. Will chat again this week.
  15. I have a written confirmation from my TA that they added the internet for my wife and it was showing as purchased in her app. I noticed today that it is no longer showing in her app, just available for purchase. I'm sure the reason is that they never actually charged it.
  16. I have done all of that and it doesn't work. I even took my wife off as an authorized user and entered a different card number in her account for payment. Still didn't work.
  17. I have the same problem. I was able to purchase WiFi but my wife can't. I did a chat last week and they were able to add to my wife. There was no way to make the payment and after 4 days it disappeared on her app. Going to try to chat with them again this week.
  18. Thanks for all of the suggestions. I tried them all and nothing worked. I deleted her as an authorized user and tried 2 different cards in her account. Didn’t work. Something must be wrong with her account. I will get her internet when we board.
  19. Tried all of that, for some reason the app will not use the credit card. It shows in her account that she is an authorized user, but won’t let me make the purchase.
  20. I am logged into Ocean Ready in my account. My only choices are for four devices or one device. There is no way to select a plan for her and me. It shows the charge card that I have on file. I logged out and logged into her account. It says that she is an authorized user on my account, but won’t let me make a purchase. I called Princess and tried to explain the problem, but all the person was interested in was wanting me to buy the Plus Package. Kept telling me how good a deal it was. I am having my TA see if she can fix. I know I can sort it out when we board, but would like to prepay.
  21. I’m trying to pre purchase internet for my Regal cruise. I’m trying to buy the one device plan, one for me and one for my wife. I can make the purchase in my account, but when I try to purchase in my wife’s account, the app doesn’t recognize the charge card and I can’t complete the transaction. Any ideas?
  22. We booked the Lumberjack show directly with the venue…it was cheaper.
  23. Did they send you an email before your cruise with the discount offer? How far in advance for your cruises? We have a 7 day in February and a 14 day in April.
  24. Yes, I also stopped tipping extra when they went to once a day service.
