  1. There were 2 other minor things on this 14 day that I didn't have on previous 7 day B2B...was able to get room service every morning except when we disembarked on Feb 3. Also was able to send out laundry until Feb 1, 2 days before disembark.
  2. I guess I don’t understand? Are you saying that I didn’t book one 14 day cruise that departed on January 20 and returned on February 3 with one booking number? I’m confused.
  3. You may be correct. On their site I had the option of booking two separate 7 day cruises or a 14 day cruise. With the 14 day booking I got a $250 Shareholder Credit and $250 Military Credit instead of $100 for 7 day cruise.

  5. Got off 14 day Sky last week. We had 2 mini bar setups.
  6. Got on Nieuw Amsterdam today. I prepaid. They are still charging me $16/day.
  7. Boarding Nieuw Amsterdam Saturday. Do they have Happy Hour drink specials in any of the bars…location/times? Thanks
  8. They were not passing them out last week on Sky. But they passed them out to everyone yesterday, first day of new cruise.
  9. Boarded on January 20. Here are a few things that happened that I didn’t expect. Room service was available in Fort Lauderdale on turnaround day. Didn’t have to repeat Muster drill. We are Elite and received a new mini bar setup. My sister is sailing with us and had 14 cruises at the start of this cruise, one short of Elite. She was notified yesterday that they would count the first week and moved her to Elite status. They gave her new black medallion and she sent laundry and this morning they delivered mini bar setup. Very organized on the ship getting us off to clear customs. Had to wait awhile in terminal for a lone straggler to join the group to start reboarding. Shore staff was very disorganized getting us all back on. Overall cruise has been very good. Food seems to be better than when we were on Sky last year. Service has been excellent. Not sure how many on ship, but it seems more crowded than normal.

  11. What date is your departure? On January 27 Sky will dock at Terminal 21 and on Feb 3 at Terminal 2.
  12. We are leaving February 3.. On the App is states that I have Pre-Paid Crew Appreciation.
  13. Where in the Navigator App do I find my boarding pass? Cruise leaves on Feb 3.

  15. I must be missing something. I do not see "experiences" anywhere in the app?
  16. Cruise is in April. While going through app I came across a section that showed my wife and I had 2 each promotional specialty dining credits. I’ve looked all over the app and can’t find it again. Will contact TA tomorrow to see if it shows in her records. I did check the website on the itinerary and didn’t see anything.
  17. I was going through the app for a future cruise and noticed that I had a promo for complimentary dining. I have tried to find it again in the app, but can’t find the area. Any suggestions on where to look?
  18. Who gets the coupon? Is it one coupon per person/cruise? Is it in the cabin?
  19. I had no problem using a VPN on Regal in October.
  20. We always stay at the Marriott Harbor Beach in January. It is pricy, but very nice. Resort fee is a rip off.
