We loved the dome car, the refreshments that are included, and the meals, all of which are a step above what is provided in Adventure Class.

Sorry for the late answer, Cheryl was there with a scooter and had no issues.

The train is amazing. Renting a car and driving lets you see more. You can stop and take pictures when you want. The Carcross desert and Emerald Lake are great to visit, and there is a sled dog adventure the children would probably love, along the highway.

You can book it in advance with the cruise line, or you can check and see if there is space available when you get to Skagway.

This was May of 2022.

They had two lightshows the night we were there, one at 8:00 and one at 9:00. I don't know that they had themes, but just different. We rented Kayaks and went around the side of the Island almost to the Lighthouse. Buffet has decent food, the food trucks are hamburgers and hot dogs mostly. If you burn easy, get a cabana, the sun and white sand are pretty intense.

As long as you got tickets all is well.
-
Yes you can book tickets, which cruise line is it?
-
The gondola ride is only about 8 minutes. The line was non-existent almost when we got there. But that will vary.
